Avalon and its CEO Jim Wolf were awarded the 2019 John G. Thodis Michigan Manufacturer of the Year Award for excellence in manufacturing and the important, positive and tangible contributions Avalon has made to their industries, employees, customers and communities.
NMMA CSI Award
Avalon has been recognized and awarded the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) CSI Award for 16 consecutive years (2008-2023) for outstanding customer service. The award honors boat and engine manufacturers who pursue continuous improvement to better serve their customers. Award recipients achieved an independently-measured standard of excellence of 90% or higher in customer satisfaction.
